At Triple- R Counselling, our heart is to partner with you as you successfully traverse life; offering hope, wisdom and guidance to release the pain of the past, rebuild your identity and abilities and empower you to redirect your future the way you choose it to go. We offer counseling services to individuals 12 years of age up to seniors.

Services are private and confidential and all counselors abide by the professional code of ethics charged to our profession.

About Me

My name is Cindy and I am a compassionate and caring individual looking to partner with people who feel stuck, in pain or threatened by life’s circumstances. I am a Registered Professional Counsellor in good standing with the “Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA)”, additionally I am a Counselling Therapist with the
"Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA)". My goal is to bring healing and strength and to help people flourish in all areas of life. I grew up in the Leduc area and have resided in the community with my spouse for the last 37 years.  During this time, I have worked with helping people both professionally and in a volunteer capacity. My passion is people and their success in life!

Fee Structure

At Triple R Counselling Services we give clients the valuable guidance and support they need, at rates that are affordable for everyone. Fees are based on a sliding scale dependent on household income at comparable market rates.

In our counselling sessions, I use an integrated approach when developing a customized treatment plan for each client. I draw on techniques commonly used in counselling therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy and other therapies. Before proceeding with any techniques, the client is informed of the process and agreement to proceed is obtained.

Some of the common techniques we will use include:

Changing language, thinking patterns and behaviours through gathering information on assumptions. Confronting faulty beliefs, forming alternative interpretations, self-instructional training and stress inoculation training.

Positive and negative reinforcement, systematic desensitization, relaxation methods, self-management programs, assertion and social skills training, mindfulness, and behavioral rehearsing coaching.

Exercises designed to integrate conflicting feelings, active listening, and reflection clarification of feelings and experiences.

Interpretation, analysis of resistance, and analysis of transference.
